It depends on scope. Most engagements start with an AI readiness assessment, which is a fixed price and gives you a clear picture before you spend on anything else. Automation projects and custom apps are quoted per project after that assessment. We tell you the price before we start, and the first strategy call is free. 

Yes. AI Curator is based in South Florida and works remotely with small businesses across the United States and worldwide. Assessments, training and builds all happen online, so location is not a factor. 

Small and mid-sized businesses that want to use AI without hiring a technical team: restaurants, service businesses, professional practices, retailers, agencies and consultants. If you have repetitive work, customer follow-up, scheduling or reporting that eats your week, you are a fit. 

No. We choose tools your team can run without a developer, we train the people who will use them, and we leave one-page Quick Start guides per role. Where something needs ongoing technical care, we say so up front and help you decide whether to handle it in-house or have us manage it. 

Carefully, and as little as possible. We work from the shape of your data, not the records themselves, and we never paste your customer information into public AI tools. Every engagement includes a plain-language AI acceptable-use policy and a customer data statement so your staff and your customers know the rules. Our own tools are built so client data stays on the consultant's device, not on our servers. 

Consulting is us doing the work with you: assessing, planning, building and measuring. Training is teaching your team to use AI well on their own: prompting, choosing tools, knowing what not to share. Most clients want both. The consulting gets the first wins in place; the training makes sure the wins stick after we leave. 

Yes. AI Curator designs, builds and deploys custom AI apps for small businesses, from client intake and proposal generation to internal tools. We also build our own: the AI Curator Consulting Suite, ClientBriefAI, ConsultCastAI and AdoptBriefAI are all products we built and run. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, we will tell you that instead.
